New baby card I just made. I bought the cutest paper pack this weekend at JoAnn Fabrics. This is from Debbie Mumm and it came with a chipboard set. It was so simple to make and I think it turned out pretty cute! I thought the elephant needed the water droplets (rain drops) and the ribbon is from Target's $1 bins! BARGAIN!
